Secure your booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit. You'll get a special URL to access all the important info about our systems, processes, and products.

Fill out the welcome form which tells us ALL the ins and outs of your event. Closer to the date of your booking, we’ll touch base to firm up the logistics.

Absolutely - 'dump & run’ isn’t our style! We’ll deliver your items AND carefully set everything in place for you, because a) you’ve got enough on your to-do list and b) we’re perfectionists who get a real kick out of seeing everything set up juuuuuust right.

Yes, but the more notice the better as we’re often coordinating a number of deliveries and collections on any given day. When you book your items you can let us know your ideal times for delivery/collection and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely! Our Sailcloth Tents are not limited to the sizes outlined—we can scale to suit larger events. If your vision calls for something more expansive, get in touch to explore the options available.

Some of our largest setups have featured our stunning 4 Peak and 5 Peak Sailcloth Tents. In the Clear Marquees we have created a 10×35m single Marquee and 2× 10m x 25m Clear Marquees side by side to create a 20m x 25m Marquee. These have created impressive settings for corporate events and celebrations.
