Making magic & designing memories is all about storytelling. To create something better than your wildest dreams yet so undeniably ‘you’, we spend a lot of time collaborating  - right from initial discussions where we chat about how the two of you fell in love, through to finalising the nitty gritty details of your marquee & dance floor!

We’ll help you curate a wishlist of items that bring your story to life, as well as a custom-made floor plan to ensure your space is not only beautiful but functional. Then we take everything off your plate (we deliver your marquee & furniture and set it up personally to ensure it’s absolute perfection) - which means all you have to worry about on the morning of your wedding is whether it’s *too early* for a glass of bubbles. 

Spoiler alert: there’s no such thing as too early.

  • Whether it’s an intimate gathering of 20 or large celebration of 500, we can customise your marquee to suit. We take ALL the factors into account (number of guests, style of event, furniture etc.) before recommending the perfect size. Our custom floor plans ensure we maximise every inch of space, and also have a backup plan in case the weather isn't playing ball.

  • Pour yourself a wine, get comfy, and start adding items to your wishlist. Once you’re all set, click on your cart, fill out the form, and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours with an initial quote.

  • Unlike traditional hire companies, we set all your booked furniture/decor in place for you - we don’t just leave it in a pile for you to sort!

  • The more detail the better, but it really depends on what you’re interested in! For marquee & hire enquiries, simply add your most loved items to your cart and fill in the enquiry form. For styling & panning enquiries, download our lookbook then get in touch via the enquiry form. From here, one of our planners will organise a call to chat through your special event.

  • All quotes are based on a 3-day hire period. If you need things a little longer, no worries! There are extension rates available for that very reason.

  • Absolutely! You can book any one of our services (furniture, marquee, styling & planning) in silo. Most of our clients prefer to book everything through us to ensure quality and a streamlined process, but you are 100% welcome to hire us for one thing and a different company for another.

  • We welcome bookings big & small, but during our peak season (September to May) we ask for a minimum spend of $750 ex delivery & GST.

Our Process

Wondering what it’s like to have a TY wedding? Here’s what you’re in

(note if you’re booking us for styling & planning, this process will be slightly different - we’ll run you through the process when you book!)

  • Choose your fav items (via the lookbook or online wishlist) then make an enquiry. We’ll send you an initial quote (valid for 7 days) and chat through any questions you may have. You also have the option of jumping on a Zoom call with us!

  • Keen to book? Fantastic! We require a 25% non-refundable deposit and approval of our T&Cs to secure your spot. You'll get a special URL to access all the important info about our systems, processes, and products, plus updates and tips/tricks we love to share with our couples (think of us as your personal hype team!).

  • Fill out the welcome form which tells us ALL the ins and outs of your booking. In the lead up to your wedding, we’ll create your custom floor plan at a time that suits you (some couples know straight away how they want their space designed, while others prefer to wait). 2 months before your event, we’ll be in touch to finalise all the details & confirm the pack in/out logistics.

  • The TY team arrives bang on schedule to set all your hired items up in line with your floor plan. Installation takes between 3-5 hours, depending on the size of your marquee and additional furniture hired.

  • YAY - the day is finally here! You arrive (looking gorgeous, might we add) and proceed to have the best. day. ever. If Lucy is on styling & planning duties, she’ll be there to meet you. Otherwise we’re only a phone call away.

  • At the agreed time, our team will swoop in and dismantle everything (we ask that all non-TY items are removed from the marquee before we arrive). Then we eagerly wait by our phones for your feedback & photos… we can’t wait to hear all about your day!
