Our job is to help you plan the layout for your space (so that your event flows seamlessly), set everything up for you, and pack it down again afterwards. 

Your job is to enjoy being the star of the show…although your marquee will probably come a close second!

Hand made by American craftsman using genuine ProSail ||, this material richly enhances daytime events with warm natural light and dramatically glows into an evening affair.

Perfect for small soirées and grand affairs alike, with options for both clear and solid walls, with five size options, these Hampton style marquees promise to put on a show from the moment your guests arrive until the party stops.

  • Every marquee is custom built for your event, ranging from our smallest option, 10m x 10m round right up to our triple peak 14m x 26m (and sizes in-between).

  • Hire cost (gst exclusive) ranges from $2,400 - $6,400. Delivery/installation/packdown costs are based on marquee size & location. See lookbook for different options or flick through an enquiry and we’ll send you a quote.

Process

We’d love to make some magic with you!

Here’s what you can expect when booking a marquee for your wedding (corporate & private events are similar, but often with a more condensed timeline).

  • Choose your fav items (via the lookbook or online wishlist) then make an enquiry. We’ll send you an initial quote (valid for 7 days) and chat through any questions you may have. You also have the option of jumping on a Zoom call with us! If you’re only after a marquee then simply head along to the ‘enquire’ tab and we can go from there!

  • Keen to book? Fantastic! Secure your order with a 25% non-refundable deposit and approval of our T&Cs. Now you’re officially part of the TY family you'll also get a special personalised portal to access all the important info about our systems, processes, and products.

  • You’ll fill out a welcome form which tells us ALL the ins and outs of your booking. We’ll then be in touch 2 months out from your date to collaborate on floor plans, cross check details, and lock in logistics. A month out from the big day, you’ll receive your final invoice.

  • We’re the first to arrive & last to leave - we set our alarm clocks for a ridiculously early hour, down a few espressos, then arrive on-site to set everything up. And you? You go and have a pre-celebration glass of bubbles with your friends and family!

  • YAY - the day is finally here! You arrive (looking gorgeous, might we add) and proceed to have the best. day. ever. And if you need us for anything, we’re only a phone call away.

  • At the agreed time, our team will swoop in and dismantle everything, leaving the site looking perfect (as if nothing has happened). Then we eagerly wait by our phones for your feedback & photos… we can’t wait to hear all about your day!

No two events are the same - there are infinite ways to lay out a space!

When you hire a marquee & furniture you’ll receive your own personalised floor plan designed by our specialist team, but here are some ideas to get started.

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

  • Once you’ve given us the required info to get started (guest numbers, style of event etc.) we’ll send you a quote with a range of floor plan options. We can then work together to create your floorplan and work out which size marquee is right for you. The best thing about our marquees - besides their obvious good looks, of course - is that they’re completely customisable.

  • We require 1.5m of space around the tent to instal our guide ropes. If you are unsure, get in touch as we can make most spaces work.

  • Vehicle access is a must to ensure we can set up/pack down efficiently. If this is going to be an issue, please get in touch so we can chat through some options. We also check underground services and how level the ground is (we don’t need it perfect - if you can play a game of cricket, it will be fine).
